Challenge Timeline

To maximize your success, the Nutrition Challenge begins with a dedicated Prep Week (January 12–17) followed by six structured challenge weeks. Prep Week gives you time to complete your initial assessments - weight, measurements, and a baseline physical performance test at the gym. You’ll also explore the resources and eBook, review food lists and meal ideas, join the private Facebook group, and start easing into a few simple habits so Week 1 feels smooth and manageable.


The six challenge weeks run from January 19 through February 27, giving you the structure, accountability, and weekly guidance needed to build consistency and momentum. You’ll practice the Balanced Eating Approach, complete at least three ProFit workouts per week, and stay connected inside the Facebook group for coaching, support, and community.


Once the challenge wraps, Post-Challenge Week (February 28–March 6) allows you to complete your final assessments. You’ll repeat your measurements and performance test, compare your results to your starting baseline, and reflect on your progress, wins, and next steps.


What the 6-Week Challenge Entails

For six weeks, you’ll follow a supportive, whole-food-focused structure designed to reduce inflammation, stabilize energy, improve digestion, and eliminate foods that commonly drive cravings and fatigue. Each week builds consistency, confidence, and results.


1. Remove the Most Common Trigger Foods

To create an environment where your body can recover, stabilize blood sugar, and reduce inflammation, you’ll temporarily eliminate foods that commonly disrupt energy and appetite:

  • Refined grains

  • Refined sugar & artificial sweeteners

  • Industrial seed oils

  • Alcohol

This short-term reset helps you break cravings, improve hunger cues, and feel more in control of your choices.



2. Focus on Balanced, Real-Food Meals

You’ll learn how to build meals that keep you full, energized, and performing well using the Balanced Eating Approach:

  • Quality protein to support muscle and metabolism

  • Colorful fruits & vegetables for fiber, micronutrients, and gut health

  • Whole-food fats for satiety and hormone health

  • Slow-digesting carbohydrates for steady energy and better workouts

3. Attend at Least 3 ProFit Classes Each Week

Movement accelerates results, boosts mood, and reinforces new habits. All ProFit class formats count!The goal: a minimum of three workouts per week to build consistency, improve performance, and support fat loss.



4. Education + Accountability + Community Support

You won’t be doing this alone. Throughout the challenge, you’ll receive:
