With 4 Comptrain workouts each week (M-T-W-F), you’ll follow a proven system designed to:

With 2 HYROX sessions weekly (TH-Sat), you’ll train like the world’s top fitness competitors to:

  • Improve muscular endurance and full-body conditioning

  • Strengthen your aerobic system for better stamina and faster recovery

  • Develop the ability to train longer, harder, and more efficiently
