Learn the Fundamentals with On-Ramp

Our On-Ramp program is designed to set you up for long-term success in CrossFit and HYROX by teaching you the right way from the very beginning. In these semi-private training sessions, you’ll learn and practice the fundamental movements — such as squats, deadlifts, presses, Olympic lifts, and core endurance drills — that form the backbone of our workouts.

Over the course of 5 sessions in 2–3 weeks, you’ll:

Develop proper technique to prevent injuries and keep your body safe as training intensity increases.

Get comfortable with the format and flow of our classes so you feel confident walking into group sessions.

Build a strong foundation in the fundamental movements of CrossFit, giving you the skills to progress quickly and safely.
On-Ramp is required for anyone without an extensive background in weightlifting, Olympic lifting, and endurance training. It ensures you have the knowledge, confidence, and movement quality to get the most out of your workouts for years to come.
