ON-RAMP CLASS

Learn the Fundamental

The purpose of these semi-private training sessions are to learn and develop good technique in the "core exercises" you’ll perform in the CompTrain and HYROX programs. On-Ramp is required for everyone that does not have an extensive background in weightlifting, olympic lifting, and endurance training. 

 

Each participant will complete 5 classes over 2-3 weeks. Coach Emily can be reached at Emily@TheProFitGym.com.
