Women's Fitness Challenge

This program is designed to progressively build strength, cardio and confidence. Participants are led through interval-based workouts to stimulate calorie burn, as well as a guided through a 4-week nutrition plan.  


Participants will be challenged and begin to expect more from themselves, while enjoying the experience and support received at Pro-Fit. Once you are feeling strong, make sure to sign up for the next Session or our CrossFit Classes to continue on your better wellness journey! Classes fill up fast!
