Hot Yoga (Vinyasa): 95 degrees. Think of Power Yoga with the volume turned down! More focus on alignment, more time to rest and reflect in each pose. This is class is still great for strength training, but it has a more accessible feel. Vinyasa yoga connects breath and movement, improves your flexibility, releases stagnant energy, and makes you sweat!
