I have been a member of Pro-Fit Gym for nearly two years. I had been doing in-home workouts for over a year before a friend of mine talked me into trying Pro-Fit. I was a little hesitant to give it a try, but I'm glad that I did. Through the workouts and consistent instruction from the coaches, I've been able to do things I wouldn't have thought possible. The staff and members of the gym are super friendly, supportive, and welcoming. I would encourage anyone to give it a try.
In addition to excellent facilities and a friendly community, the training methods are professional, motivating and engaging! You will notice improvements in your fitness right away and quickly you are doing what you thought impossible. I leave the gym everyday wanting to come back in the next day!
The knowledge, consistency, variance, and just down-right fun (despite the sweat) experienced at this place is unlike anything I had encountered before. And if you're new to this "CrossFit" term as I was more than two years ago, do not fear. It is essentially just an affiliation term for group-led circuit training and weightlifting, which can easily be scaled up or down to encompass ALL ages, skill sets, and goal types. You WILL meet your fitness goals here whether they are losing weight, gaining muscle, or just looking for a great work out to help you feel the day's accomplishment! Try it out!
